I've been looking into starting chores with James for awhile now. He is already pretty awesome about helping out around the house, but I wanted to start him now while he still thinks it's a fun game and is developing a work ethic Most of the "chores" he has are just part of his daily routine. I found
this idea on pinterest and got this awesome
book at Deseretbook for 2.75 (a LOT cheaper than the original craft I found since I don't have a cricut. I love that it has so many different chores that I can add on as James gets bigger and can take on more responsibilities.
I got the magnetic board at IKEA for ten bucks and my dad cut the vinyl for me on his vinyl cutter. I should have drawn the lines FIRST and put the vinyl on afterwards, but I didn't so the words are a little crooked.

James LOVES his chore chart and is completely convinced that his daily schedule is a day-long game. I am so pleased with his response! I have such a crazy awesome little kid.
